Our first workshop – "Systematic reviews in practice” - was 19-21. March, 2015. The workshop aimed to clarify the base idea of evidence based medicine and also to offer help for the critical reading of systematic reviews and for the appropriate interpretation of their results. The attendants learned about the methods of searching in MEDLINE and Cochrane Library’s CENTRAL databases, and also about the basic functions of Review Manager Software. The workshop also aimed to specify, who should undertake the preparation of such a review, and to support the launch of the work.
