Welcome to the website of Cochrane Hungary.
Cochrane Hungary was established in 2014 at the Clinical Center of the University of Pécs as the Hungarian geographical unit of the international Cochrane Collaboration, under the name Hungarian Cochrane Chapter. Since 2024, it has operated as an independent department at the Faculty of Medical School of the University of Pécs.
The primary goal of the Cochrane Collaboration and, consequently, our department is to ensure that healthcare decisions are based on the best, highest-quality information available for each individual patient. We aim to achieve this goal by systematically summarizing the results of research conducted in various medical fields and disseminating this unbiased information as widely as possible.

COCHRANE HUNGARY 10th ANIVERSARY CELEBRATION (2024)
Cochrane Hungary is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a jubilee party, to which all are welcome.
The ceremony will take place on 17 October 2024 at 15:00.
